Transport to STACK

Transport to STACK

The public transport system of Dubai is fast, cheap and efficient, and will zip you through to most places around the city, especially to STACK, without a fuss. Parking will be limited and crowds abundant, so don’t waste time, plan your journey in advance! There is an extensive network of public transport systems in Dubai for all budgets:

Traveling by Dubai Metro

Dubai’s metro system is one of the best ways to move through the city, with an extensive commuter metro rail network operating in and around the city. All you need is a Nol Card, which you can use to buy your Dubai Metro tickets. You can choose the type of Nol Card that suits your traveling needs. Simply top up your Nol Card for use on Metro, Buses and Trams to get started. The Nol Red Ticket is ideal for tourist and visitors, and helps with occasional use of public transport. You can buy your Nol Card online www.nol.ae, or at any Dubai Metro Station.

Metro working hours are from Saturday to Wednesday: 05:30 am – 00:00 (midnight), Thursdays: 05:30 am – 01:00 am (next day) & Fridays: 10:00 am – 01:00 am (next day). Please note that timings may vary during special events and occasions.

Metro to STACK – Take the red line to DAMAC Properties Metro Station in Zone 2 and take a 5-minute taxi ride from there to reach STACK.

Traveling by Dubai Tram

The Dubai Tram is the latest public transport service that runs along Al Sufouh through Dubai Media City and Palm Jumeirah to Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence. The best part about the tram system is that they are linked with the Dubai Metro.

The Trams operate all week – from Saturday through Thursday between 6:30am and 1:30am and between 9am and 1:30am on Friday – and payment system is the same as in Dubai Metro, using Nol Card.

Tram to STACK – Take a Metro ride to DAMAC Properties Metro station, alight at the station and walk across the pedestrian transit bridge to the Dubai Marina Tram Station on the other side. Take the tram to Jumeirah Beach Residence Station 1. You can either take a 5-minute taxi ride from the station to Skydive Dubai, or take a bus ride from the station to Mina Al Siyahi, Le Meridien and walk 18 minutes to Skydive Dubai.

Traveling by Taxi

Dubai Taxis frequent all over the city and beyond, and are available anytime – you can simply hail a taxi from the kerb on the street or at any designated taxi ranks that can be found throughout the main landmarks in the city. Although taxis around Dubai Marina are available in plenty, it is advised to book a taxi ahead of time to avoid any unforeseen delays. STACK at Skydive Dubai is only a 7-minute taxi ride from Dubai Marina via Al Sufouh Road. As a visitor to STACK, you get special discounts when you book a Dubai Taxi using the Careem App. Simply enter the code ‘STACK’ when you book your ride using Careem, chauffeur cab booking service, to enjoy 15% off discount on your journey.

Traveling by Bus

The Dubai RTA Bus is another cost-effective mode of transport in Dubai City. The bus network covers the inner city and important landmarks around Dubai Marina. There are feeder buses that take you to and from any Metro Station in the city. Since the buses operate on a timetable every day, you are advised to keep a tab on the bus timings while planning your journey. Ensure that you have your Nol Card before you get onboard.
